11. FAQ
1. Lets begin with the surface finishes
Anodized flagpoles have a matte finish, while painted flagpoles can be customized to match any color palette. Flash-finished flagpoles offer a polished, reflective surface.
All three finishes are highly durable and resistant to corrosion. However, anodized and flash finishes are generally considered to be more durable than painted finishes.
ANODA
The anodized finish results in a light, matte grey color. This finish is highly durable and resistant to corrosion, making it an excellent choice for outdoor applications. The matte finish gives the flagpole a modern and sleek appearance.
FLASH
The flash finish involves polishing the entire length of the flagpole, giving it a lustrous sheen similar to brushed stainless steel. This finish is both visually appealing and highly durable
PAINT COAT
Our painted flagpoles are available in a wide range of RAL colors, allowing you to choose a color that complements your surroundings. The paint provides a durable finish that protects the flagpole from the elements.
2. Segmented Design for Easy Transport:
Our flagpoles are constructed from multiple segments, allowing them to be easily transported on a regular vehicle, even a passenger car. Unlike fiberglass flagpoles, which are often one-piece and can be as long as 12 meters, our segmented design eliminates the need for specialized delivery vehicles. This makes logistics simpler and more cost-effective for ours and yours customers.
Versatile Height Options:
We offer flagpoles in six different heights: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 meters, catering to various needs and environments.
Below you can see the table with measurements of every mast hight we offer, quantity of the segments it includes and their lenghts.

3. Our Rotating Heads
When it comes to selecting the right rotating head for your stationary flagpole, understanding the unique features and benefits of each option is crucial. Our range includes three meticulously designed rotating heads, each tailored to meet specific requirements, ensuring reliability and ease of use.
Here are some quick notes about INTERNAL, STANDARD and BANNER heads.
INTERNAL Rotating Head
- Internal Halyard System: The INTERNAL head is designed with an internal halyard system that keeps the flag-raising line hidden within the pole. This design not only offers a sleek, uncluttered appearance but also protects the line from external elements like wind, rain, and UV rays, prolonging its lifespan.
- Smooth Flag Rotation: The head is crafted from a material that allows the flag to rotate effortlessly with the wind, ensuring that the flag remains untangled and visible from all angles.
- Threaded Finial Mount: At the top of the head, a threaded hole is available for attaching a decorative finial, allowing you to customize the aesthetic of your flagpole.
- Friction-Reducing Pulley: The internal line passes through a pulley system that reduces friction, making it easier to raise and lower the flag while preventing wear and tear on the line.
- Avilable in light grey and white color.
STANDARD Rotating Head
- External Halyard System: The STANDARD head features an external halyard system, where the flag-raising line runs along the outside of the pole. This traditional design is easy to use and provides a straightforward method for raising and lowering the flag.
- Effortless Flag Rotation: Like the INTERNAL head, the STANDARD head is made from a material that enables the flag to rotate freely with the wind, preventing tangling.
- Dual Pulley System: The line is supported by two pulleys, which significantly reduce friction during the flag-raising process, ensuring that the line remains durable and easy to operate.
- Convenient Cleat: A cleat is mounted on the lower part of the pole, allowing you to securely tie off the halyard, similar to the method used in sailing. This keeps the line taut and the flag securely in place.
- Avilable in light grey and white color.
BANNER Rotating Head
- Pre-Installed for Ease: The BANNER head comes pre-installed on the mast, ensuring optimal alignment and functionality right from the start.
- Efficient Flag Rotation: Designed to rotate smoothly with the wind, this head ensures that your flag remains prominently displayed regardless of wind direction.
- Customizable Finial Mount: A threaded hole is available for attaching any of our decorative finials, which can be customized in any RAL color to match your specific preferences.
- Integrated Horizontal Arm: The BANNER head includes a horizontal arm (standard width of 150cm) that the flag slides onto. This unique design keeps the flag permanently extended at the top of the pole.
- No Lowering Mechanism: This system is designed for flags that remain permanently hoisted. To replace or remove the flag, the entire pole must be lowered. This also means that the flag cannot be lowered to half-mast.
- Minimalist Pole Design: The absence of external halyard mechanisms, such as cleats or cranks, results in a clean, uninterrupted appearance, free from additional holes or attachments.

10. FLAG WEIGHTS
We offer four types of flag weight stabilizers designed to secure and display flags effectively while making it easier to lower them during windy conditions. Each stabilizer type is suited for different flag heights and has unique characteristics:
FLAG WEIGHT DROP
- Made from plastic with an integrated steel weight and a polyethylene clamp with an 8mm diameter, fixed with locking screws.
- Features a top eyelet for attaching a carabiner sewn into the bottom edge of the flag.
- Weighs approximately 600g, ideal for flagpoles between 6-11 meters.
SANDBAG ~300G
- Constructed from coated fabric, stitched, and filled with sand.
- Suitable for shorter flagpoles (6-7 meters) due to its lighter weight, which is not enough to secure a large flag in strong winds.
- Soft surface minimizes noise when hitting the flagpole. Attaches to the flag via a carabiner sewn into the flag’s lower edge and another sewn into the sandbag. It is recommended to thread a small hose through it to prevent it from moving away from the pole.
SANDBAG ~600G
- Made from coated fabric, stitched, and filled with sand.
- Suitable for medium flagpoles (7-8 meters) due to its moderate weight, which is still insufficient for securing large flags in strong winds.
- Soft surface reduces noise when hitting the flagpole. Attaches similarly to the 300g sandbag. Threading a hose through it is also advised to prevent movement away from the pole.
ROLLER WEIGHT ~800G
- Weighs approximately 800g, made from coated fabric, stitched, and filled with sand.
- Designed for tall flagpoles (9-11 meters) due to its heavier weight, which secures large flags in strong winds.
- Soft surface minimizes noise. It attaches around the flagpole with carabiners mounted on metal eyelets, eliminating the need for an additional hose.
11. FAQ
How long does it take to get a stationary flagpole?
Manufacturing processes takes about 2 weeks, to deliver a single flagpole.
Our company serves a services for a big comapnies, selling tens of flagpoles every year. Then the date of delivery is longer, due to amount of work needed to be done.
How can I expect to receive the stationary flagpole?
Our company cooperates with other businesses, dedicated to deliver and mount the stationary flagpoles around the Poland and Czech.
If you are interested in cooperation and delivery to the futher parts of the Europe, don’t hesiate to contact us! We will try to find out the solution.
How big should the concrete foundation be, for the flagpole?
Our experience thought us, that foundation should be deeper, than freezing depth in the ground, during the winter. It means that the foundation should be about 1m deep in the ground and diameter about 50cm.
How to place the foundation basket properely?
You need to pay attention to the leveling of the anchoring basket. There is a slightly regulation of the flagpole, after the montage, but it might be to small to straighten the badly placed anchor.
During the concreting process, pay close attention to the position of the sleeve. It should be oriented towards the side where you plan to lay the flagpole, taking into account its height. For example, for an 11-meter flagpole, you need to prepare a free, safe space at least 11 meters long where the flagpole can lie freely.
