High precision turned INOX and HARDOX details with Y-axis holes, undercutts and threades.

Turned product, made of INOX steel, with diameter of 42mm and leght of 110mm. Accuracy of the top surface is up to 0,02mm. The product has a fine thread and the hole in the solid axis was made on a lathe with driven tools, which ensures perfect accuracy.

Hardox steel elements, plasma cuted out of sheet metal with 50mm thickness. Milled with precision up to 0.05mm, to ensure solid mount for hardened elements which are worrying out during construction work.

4-Cavity Precision Injection Mold Tool

This is a high-precision, four-cavity steel injection mold tool designed for producing complex components. The main cavity and core forming plates measure 450mm by 450mm. The mold features intricate internal geometries, visible central X-shaped runner channels for balanced material flow, and multi-axis core pulling mechanisms (indicated by side sliders) to form complex side details. This is a comprehensive tool assembly, including a complete stack of clamping plates for press mounting and a comprehensive ejector system plate set for part removal.
