1. Returns

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked.
The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

2. How to Make a Return?

Contact us at flagsystem@flagsystem.pl to request a return form and discuss the return conditions.
Each case is reviewed individually, and we offer personalized solutions tailored to the customer’s situation.

After decision, you can keep the product or send it back to the following address:

3. Warranty & Claims

We offer a 12-month warranty on our products.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at flagsystem@flagsystem.pl with a description of the issue and photos.
In most cases, we send a replacement product based on the provided photos, without requiring the defective item to be returned.
Warranty claims are reviewed individually, and we propose dedicated solutions to best meet the customer’s needs.
