- Mast Structure and Design
- Segmented Construction: The mast is composed of multiple segments, allowing for easy transportation and assembly. Each segment fits into the next with a 50 cm overlap, ensuring stability and structural integrity.
- Material and Finish: The mast is made from high-quality aluminium with an lacquered coating for corrosion resistance. It has a modern, shiny, brushed finish that complements both contemporary and classic settings.
- Vibration Reduction: Rubber bumpers are installed around segment joints to minimize vibrations and ensure a secure fit. A color-matched reducing sleeve is used at segment junctions.
- Rotating Head
- Default Feature: The mast includes a rotating head equipped with an internal flag-raising system. This system allows the flag to rotate freely with the wind, preventing tangling and reducing wear.
- Threaded Hole for Finials: The rotating head features a threaded hole for attaching decorative finials. A pulley system inside the head minimizes friction during flag hoisting.
- Decorative Finials
- Type 1: Bulb-shaped finial with an elongated tip. Available in gold, silver, and matte gray.
- Type 2: Flattened sphere finial resembling a geoid or donut. Available in gold, silver, and matte gray.
- Customization: Custom colors from the RAL palette are available upon request.
- Internal Flag Hoisting Systems
- Manual System: The halyard is locked at 150 cm from the ground, with the line concealed within the mast for a clean appearance and noise reduction. It features a Kevlar-reinforced line for durability.
- Crank System: The flag is raised and lowered using a crank and a concealed drum system, which is locked at 150 cm from the ground. The removable crank prevents unauthorized lowering of the flag. The system is compatible with masts of varying heights.
- Flagpole Bases
- Type 1: Suitable for 6-8 meter poles with a 75 mm diameter lower segment. Made from hot-dip galvanized steel, it features a 165 mm triangular base with 16 mm threaded rods.
- Type 2: Designed for 9-11 meter poles with a 90 mm diameter lower segment. It also has a 165 mm triangular base, but with 20 mm threaded rods.
- Ground Mounting Systems
- Concrete Anchor Basket: Permanent mounting system with threaded rods for leveling, suitable for poles of varying heights.
- Gabion Mount: Steel mesh basket filled with stones, ideal for non-tilting poles. Provides stability and durability.
- Concrete Slab Mount: A portable system for poles up to 8 meters, using concrete slabs as ballast.
- Windtracker
- Standard Model: Made from anodized aluminum with plastic connectors, designed to keep flags visible even in calm weather. It includes plastic end caps and connectors, offering good weather resistance.
- INOX Model: Constructed from stainless steel and anodized aluminum, featuring a spring-dampened elbow joint for enhanced durability in severe weather conditions.
- Plastic Fasteners for Flags
- Standard: Detachable plastic fastener with a steel connector.
- Shark: Single-use plastic fastener with an aluminum connector.
- Compatibility: Available for masts of varying heights, with fasteners designed to secure the flag effectively.
- Flag Weight Stabilizers
- DROP: 600g plastic stabilizer with an integrated steel weight, suitable for 6-11 meter poles.
- Sandbag (300g & 600g): Lighter options for shorter poles, providing stability in moderate winds.
- ROLLER: 800g stabilizer for taller poles, offering maximum security for large flags in strong winds.
